Clean, Modern and Reliable

Fantastic building and management, with absolutely phenomenal maintenance staff. The apartments are brand new, clean and have quality appliances and appointments. Central air and heating keep the summer and winter comfortable, and all utilities are included. Internet is FAST.

By far the safest building. Constant employee presence, police department is across the street and officers will often park in or patrol the parking lot (which has cameras)

Walls are borderline sound proof.
