Enjoy the building, but has some downsides
It has gone through significant management changes that have finally in the last 1.5 years stabilized and been better experience. Parking pricing is a bit inflated and would not recommend getting garage spot as it is expensive and breaks down often (however they are good about refunding you for ubers etc.). It is a little expensive for what amenities are offered. Has good views.

Great space but less-than-ideal management and tenant experience
I love the space I live in - my unit has wonderful views and great natural light. The downside - the building has been poorly managed during my three years here. They got a new maintenance provider who has made big strides to improve things; however, the rent is overpriced, there have been several evictions on my floor alone, and many of the floors smell awful (due to pets, etc.). The company does not show appreciation for folks who have lived here and been good tenets and don't value the assured income versus people who come in and get evicted. Initially, they also misled residents about what the fees were that were being paid as well as add in additional fees to leases without explanation.
