Furnished

So far I have no complaints. The benefit of this place is that it is furnished and comes with utilities. Service is also decent. Our water heater went out and it was fixed the next day.

The facility is superb, with a jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym, conference room and very spacious rooms.

1) The apartment is quite far from campus, so one have to either use a shuttle or buy a bicycle for more flexibility
2) The management is responsive and maintenance is done pretty quickly if the concern is raised on their resident portal app.
3) The shuttle timings are not that great and there is just one shuttle so during peak hours one has to take an Uber because the shuttle is at capacity.
4) The apartments are spacious
5) Not a lot of bars or restaurants in the neighborhood
6) The rent is decent.

Really good property, shuttle is reliable

Property is well maintained. Management is nice and helpful. Runs a shuttle to and from campus and the service is reliable. Community amenities are the best you can find anywhere in South Bend. Gym and conference rooms are really useful.
