University Edge Review
I find University Edge apartment very comfortable.
The only drawback is the distance from college, It's not a walkable distance. For this, the apartment management provided a shuttle (this is already included in the rent) that takes students to and from campus.

University Edge Review
My apartment is very nice and clean. It feels new and spacious. My only issue is that sometimes residents throw parties at the pool and clubhouse that get vey loud. The location here is also not ideal, since it is difficult to get to the student parking lots from this side of campus and can't really walk to class.

Decent place to live
It was a relatively easy experience to get the apartment and sign my contract. The apartment is decently sized and I am so appreciative of having my own bathroom. The only downside is that the ceiling is pretty thin so I can hear my upstairs neighbors walk all the time and when they play music, my whole apartment is ringing. The best thing about the apartment in my opinion is the shuttle - this takes me to campus everyday but it stops running at 8pm so I cannot stay later than that on campus to study.

Disgusting Unit and Terrible Management
When I moved in, my unit had not been cleaned after the last tenants. On every surface (including inside the fridge and microwave), there were sticky stains and crumbs. There were dead flies on every window and couch, and laundry was still in the dryer. Management promised they would send a cleaning crew but they never showed up. It took me about 3 days to get the unit clean because of how dirty it was; the smoke smell and tar color from the previous tenants still remained. My toilets also didn't flush when I arrived and there was no hot water (found both out the hard way).
In addition, if you live in building 1, there will never be any parking. You will have to go to a different building if you come back to your apartment after 4pm. Good luck if you need a handicapped space- those without disability tags will park in the reserved spots leaving none for those who actually need them. There are also many non-student residents who have, umm, interesting guests.. (drug dealers). Would not have chosen this property if I had another option.

Pretty Decent
While not the closest to ND, University Edge is the most affordable and comes furnished, which makes the move in process much easier. The staff is pretty good and it rarely gets too loud.

Pricey, but great location/amenities
This is a good place to stay if you're willing to pay a little extra for security, gym access, and proximity to campus. The apartment is pretty close to grocery stores and several law students stay in the complex. Having the gym, running trails, and pool (in the summer) are nice additions if you enjoy staying in shape. Management is pretty responsive, but be advised that the contract is rigidly enforced to the letter; so long as you're not doing anything you shouldn't be, you'll be just fine. Several of our neighbors also have pets, so I presume the management is amenable to them.

Okay but barebones.
Absolutely nothing fancy, cheap place to stay and has the industry standard amenities. As they say, you get what you pay for.

University Edge Review
It's a fine place to live part-time/for a year. It is in the middle of a residential neighborhood so bit quieter than living right on or next to campus.
It is a little tight, even for a single. Only a two-person couch in the living room, so any normal-sized person can't even lay down comfortably.
Kind of a bland place, reminds me almost of a basic college dorm room, so would need to decorate appropriately if you don't want bare walls.
Furniture/mattress is kind of cheap/low quality so might be paying more in rent then you are getting from the base rent.
It is right near ND campus which is nice. Easy drive to class every day, even with bad weather.
Management is nice and responsive, but have had some recurring issues that haven't really been rectified which is a bit frustrating.
