Envii

This is a great apartment. Close to campus but not too close. I have nothing but positive things to say.

The highlight of this apartment is the location. There are many places close by such as La Encantada, the Rillito biking path, restaurants, and much more. It is about 10-15 mins from the University of Arizona, so it is not too far. The units are very nice and modern. Although it is more on the expensive side, there are many amenities as well as the location that makes it worth it. The only problems we have had is when issues arise that require maintenance, they are sometimes slow to respond and difficult with communication. This is also on a good side of town, but there are some issues with car break-ins and porch robberies due to backing of Rillito path.

Envii is very affordable for all of the amenities included. The property is pet friendly ($25/month), in-unit laundry, 2 pools, gym, yoga room. The location is great and connects to the Tucson loop and is a 5 minute walk on the path to the Rillito farmer's market on the weekend. My unit it two stories with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with the living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath on the first floor. Staff is very responsive and is generally quick to fix any maintenance issues.

This apartment has been amazing. There is a basketball court, a beautiful pool, a gym, a dog park, and the property landscape is always very well maintained. A lot of tenants here have animals, and you will always see people walking their dogs or playing at the dog park. The only con is that the gym is a little small and can get a little bit busy at times. Also, I would recommend getting an apartment with in-unit laundry machines. There is a laundry room available for pay, but the overall cost of using the machines works out to be the same cost as just paying for the in-unit apartment. We love Envii! It was hard to find an apartment because we moved in from out of state and did not have much knowledge of the are about we are so glad we found this apartment. There are lots of nearby shops, restaurants, and the Farmer's Market is right next door every Sunday.

Really good so far. Very nice and quiet. Great dog park, and has two pools.
