The rise

Pretty secure property! The leasing office is super nice and will always take care of any complaints. The parking garage has a secured area only for residents to use. Maintenance is on top of it and the property is well kept.

The rise studio

I absolutely love this complex. The best place I’ve ever lived. They have events to let you get to know your neighbors, which is how I’ve meet many friends. The pool and fireplace are lovely places to relax and study with. Very safe complex. Everything is key card entry and a parking garage. Maintenance is prompt. Washer and dryer included. The layout is very spacious even with a very small square footage. Extremely large closet and huge kitchen for those that enjoy cooking. Also love being so close to downtown, often walk downtown on nice days to go out & if you need to Uber after a night out usually around $10. Mins from most of the hospitals for those early mornings. Many residents and medical students live here.

The Rise

The management company is extremely friendly and helpful. They are very responsive to maintenance requests. The parking garage is gated which is very nice. It is super close to campus. They have a pool, gym, clubhouse area, firepits, and grills. The apartments are new and updated.

Best Experience

I walk everyday to school and feel safe doing it. It’s close to school and the amenities are amazing. Bit expensive but I definitely loved it there.
