Great apartment with great location and amenities. The price is on the higher side, but worth the price if can afford.

New and very nice apartments
Nice apartments, brand new with brand new appliances.
CON: they told me that the train was not disruptive when I toured this apartment however it runs multiple times a day and honks very loudly (also runs throughout the night); you get semi-used to it.
Parking is annoying as the garage is shared with the hotel Valet next door leaving limited spots on your own floor.
Have had a problem with both ants and flies

Landing Residences Review - Worth it!
Wonderful place to live with personable + responsive staff, excellent amenities including large gym, mail room, bike storage, pet spa, rooftop pool with entertainment space, secondary outdoor space with grills. Stunning views of downtown sunsets with access to walkway to pedestrian bridge, newly renovated Tom Lee park. Walkable to South Main, Grizzlies games, main downtown area. Convenient to Medical District and Highway. Secure parking and garage.
