pretty good value for money

I like this apartment and I think it's worth what you pay for it. It is pretty spacious and I think it's pretty cozy. If you don't want carpet, make sure you tell them to leave the hardwood.

My main complaint is the neighborhood, if you go one way on the street behind the complex it can get a little dodgy. We've heard gunshots outside of our window twice over the course of a year. But overall I'd say it feels like a pretty safe spot. The walls are pretty thin and there's a rooster somewhere close, but I haven't had trouble sleeping.

Westgate Review

The Westgate is a great place to live - the apartments are spacious and recently updated. The complex is situated in a great location - about an eight-minute drive from Grounds, 10 minutes from downtown, and a half-mile from Stonefield (Trader Joe's and Costco!). The leasing staff are very easy to communicate with and the maintenance issues I've encountered (power outage, minor plumbing issue) were resolved within a day. Rents are reasonable as well. I'd recommend living here.
