Rugby McIntyre
Great place overall, especially the apartment itself. Only complaint is maintenance services can be difficult to get a hold of and the laundry room occasionally has issues such as leaks.

It's ok
It's a decent apartment, but certainly no bells & whistles. It takes maintenance a bit to get to things (had a broken dishwasher for a month). The laundry is shared and costs $2.75 per wash cycle, and the machines are frequently offline, so remember to keep coins. Noise travels within the building, and it directly neighbors a few frat houses (though there's nothing they can do about this last bit). The building also consistently smells a little weird, though this doesn't affect the individual units. The elevators were broken for a while over the summer which is when most students move in, so watch out for that.
None of these were dealbreakers for me, and if they aren't for you, it's an otherwise good place to live. The units themselves are lovely, spacious, and get a lot of sunlight. If you're an undergrad that wants to live pretty close to campus and is willing to pay the price, I would recommend it.
