Evergreen at The Bluffs

It is in a great location, and only 12-15 minute commute to school. Very quiet neighborhood. Very safe. Super close to restaurants and stores.

Quiet community about 10 minutes away from Downtown Knoxville. Pet-friendly and includes community gym and pool.

My experience at this apartment complex has been positive. I am in a good area and have had minimal complaints about my living experience. It is about a 20-30 minute commute to campus depending on traffic. I have lived here for 3 years and never considered moving.

The location of my apartment is great! With minimal traffic it is only 12-15 minutes from school! Very safe area and for the value is good quality compared to other apartments in Knoxville.

I like my complex a lot. Its about 10-12 minutes from campus (all highway), and there's rarely traffic going to school. I have class until 5 and it never takes me more than 20 minutes to get home, and even that is a long time. The only issue is parking - there are no passes and its a free for all, so if you get home late you might have to park in a lot that's not in front of your building. The rent is a little expensive, and I can only afford it through my dad's veteran benefits, but overall I like Evergreen. Maintenance is always prompt and thorough.

Management is good but the maintenance men are amazing. The property is clean and safe and every time I put a maintenance request in they come within 1-2 days. The community is respectful and quiet for the most part. And the property is within 10 minutes of the highway, restaurants, target, Kroger, and many other shopping buildings. Plus, the dog park is always well kept and has turf so there's no dirt or mud ever. And my apartment came with a full washer and dryer set. I LOVE it here! And, there is a deputy sheriff who lives on the property that volunteers to patrol and respond to non-emergency situations.

Very quiet/secluded location but is only an 8 minute drive to Clinton highway and about a 5 min drive to Emory Rd where there are tons of shopping and restaurant options. About 12-15 minutes from campus depending on traffic. Also has washer/dryer included!!!!!

Good overall. Includes a pool as well. Apartment hosts food trucks and has occasional events.

My biggest problem is the noise. Easy to hear through doors, especially the folks above you.
