Very nice
Great amenities and a fairly new building. It is not ideal for dogs because it can be a far walk to get outside and is slightly expensive. Overall, I am very happy with the staff and maintenance, though. Requires key access so I feel very safe within the building and there is a covered parking garage.

Love Forest Acres
I love the complex itself, it has a gym, pool, dog park, parking, clubhouse, coffee stations. My unit in particular is loud because it’s right next to where the parking garage entrance is and where the dumpsters get unloaded at 6 am. The shopping center right at my complex is super nice, and there’s a Trader Joe’s across the street and Lowe’s Foods next door!

Great location and amount of space
Lots in walking distance, very convenient for students. Groceries, pharmacy, gym, restaurants all in walking distance but quietly located in the suburbs. Cannot recommend more - we will be here for all 4 years.

Best of both worlds
As a medical student, time is everything. Having groceries, pharmacy, and any amenity you could ever want within walking distance (or even within the building itself) has been a game changer. There are many places on the property to study, relax, socialize. It is a short 10-15 min drive to USC Medical and Main campuses. The gym here is also all that you could ever hope for in an apartment complex. Great environment for young professionals.

I love the cardinal. The amenities are amazing and community is quiet and nice. It is central to four different grocery stores within walking distance. It is 2 miles from downtown

The Cardinal is great.
The cardinal is great. I moved here for 3rd year and have really enjoyed it. It is about a 12 minute drive to the hospital and about the same time to the med school.
