1321 Lofts
My apartment is located between the hospital and the vista, I love that it is walking distance to bars and restaurants. I also get to walk by Soda City every Saturday. About a 7 minute drive to the hospital, which is really convenient. The area feels safe and the views are great. However, my apartment is quite small and there is almost no storage space. The walls are also thin.

Perfect for what I need
I very much enjoy my apartment. While it is small, only 548 square feet, it is perfect for what I need. It is two blocks from the law school, making it easy to walk to class. The building is clean, and everything is updated. I enjoy cooking, so the granite countertops in the kitchen are a huge plus for me. Most importantly, it is quiet. I never hear anything from my neighbors, and my first inclination that a storm is occurring outside is a particularly loud clap of thunder.

Good infrastructure, generally safe and clean, management company does not do enough routine upkeep (cleaning common areas, maintaining outside of the building, does not respond to properly submitted requests for maintenance).
