Good, has some issues, but overall good

Good size apartment, nice inside. Nice amenities. Issues with neighbors and people cleaning up after themselves. Issues with leasing office but if you are persistent they will listen to you. Maintenance comes very quickly. Friendly staff. Mix of people who live here, the occasional bad apple who is too loud. I think the distance to SOM is okay, 15-17 min. Not traffic usually, be weary of trains though. Safer area, on main road. I feel good here. Expensive but worth it. Pool, gym, dog park, and located on river walk basically a walk away

Not cheap, but I like it here

Nothing to really complain about it, not a lot of students so it's pretty quiet. Maintenance has for the most part been professional and have always been very helpful. I like all the appliances that came with the apartment.

They did try to install these locks you could use your phone for and they did not work and I wish they had been better about communicating the issues.
