Huntington Place
I've enjoyed living at Huntington Place. Management is amazing and very responsive. Maintenance is also fantastic and responds quickly to concerns.

Would recommend!
Great apartment- do not underestimate the value of being close to campus! Relatively quiet neighborhood, a few other med students live there but mostly young families. Maintenance is very quick to respond and management has been nice so far! The floorplan is very nice as well with a balcony or porch depending on what floor you live on!

Huntington place
I have loved my time at Huntington place. The property managers are so kind and the maintenance staff is amazing. The building is a little older, but they do a good job updating it.

Maintenance is good, crime
Overall mostly good. I dont trust the neighborhood at night. Had my car broken into more than once and they still havent put cameras up or anything, my neighbor had it happen thrice. My car the second time was attempted to be hotwired and stolen, ended up totalling my vehicle as far as the insurance was concerned and I had to find a new car. While the police say that it happens across town, I am not happy with the lack of anything being done to make it safer from the apartments. Additionally, my bike was locked below the outdoor staircase and was stolen within a month of moving in.

Close to campus
I've lived here for all four years of med school and have really enjoyed it. It is within walking distance of the VA campus, which is very nice for the first two years of school. It's a clean and safe complex. There is a good variety of residents, including: families, graduate students, military, senior citizens. They have community events throughout the year both for families and adults only. One aspect that I have really appreciated is the amount of storage space in both the kitchen and bedrooms.

Review
It’s a really nice place. Appliances are on the older side. Almost all carpet except for the kitchen and bathrooms (which I personally like)
Maintenance is always super nice and responsive.

Close to campus
Within walking distance of VA campus, which was really nice for the first two years. It is about a 15 minute commute from Prisma.

Affordable place to live
Great apartment for the price. In-unit washer/dryer hookups and a relatively spacious kitchen were key for us.
