Lot of space but out of the way

They are cool kind of hipster type apartments where you can get a lot of space for not a lot of money. It is a little out of the way for the Notre Dame grad experience. I'd recommend it but make sure you keep that in mind.

Affordable place to live downtown

Much than the options next to campus, with a lot more room and only a 25 minute walk to campus.

Paying a Premium for Space

I had to downsize moving from my previous residence to South Bend, so I overprioritized the square footage of apartments on my search. While the large bedrooms, second bathroom, and open concept is nice, the property has terrible air circulation (and only one window that opens), and there seems to be constant issues that require maintenance visits. Staff is generally nice but it is common for renters in the building to let their dogs off leash and not really care if they jump on your or threaten to attack.
It's cool to be downtown though, and its only 8 minutes from campus via car.
