Great, but really expensive

Great new building with relatively spacious apartments! Concierge is very nice to have and they/maintenance are very responsive. Not much down side of living here other than the price. Parking is not included and is extremely expensive (like $200/month) if you want to park in the adjacent lot next to the building. Street parking is do-able but annoying.

If you want a really nice place to live with solid amenities and great service, it might be worth it. But otherwise, might not be worth it.
