Altoview Apartment Homes

Altoview Apartments is a very ideal location for graduate students hoping to live a bit further off campus.

My stay at 240 Moraga Street has been overall amazing. The apartment is new with very new appliances and furnishing. The apartment has an outdoor pool and a gym. There is ample parking outdoors. The rooms are well insulated and have good sunlight.

The management at Altoview Apartments has been the most responsive, kind, and helpful team I have ever engaged with. There is wonderful two-way communication and they respond to any queries/requests right away.

The apartments are located on the east side of Pantops in a more secluded pocket. There is very little street noise from through traffic except very rare loud exhaust brake noise from trucks on the interstate. The neighborhood has always felt safe and well looked after to me. At night time the local police will swing by the parking lot for patrols. Interstate is 3 minutes drive away from the apartments and the drive to anything in town will never exceed 20 minutes.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Altoview Apartments.

We love our complex. There is a great pool, gym facilities, walking trails (maintained by the county, along the Rivanna River), and dog park. Staff has been friendly and helpful. I personally like that it is further away from the Law School, as it separates school from the rest of my life.

I've loved living at Altoview! The apartments are spacious and well-built, and the community is fantastic. When we've had to submit a maintenance request they have always been responsive and efficient. The amenities include a beautiful pool and patio with stunning views of Charlottesville, a quiet clubhouse, and a well-stocked gym. Nestled in its own area of the Pantops neighborhood, Altoview is a tranquil place to live but also close to the major roadways that go through Charlottesville.

I have really enjoyed living at Altoview. The units are brand new with spectacular views. We are also located nearby 2 shopping centers which have casual/fast-casual dining options and a grocery store.

This complex is great for people who want a bit of separation between their home and the rest of Charlottesville. It is close enough that things are easily accessible - I-64 is right down the road, but it is not so close that it feels stuffy. The view is unbeatable, amenities are amazing, and the apartments are beautiful! Management has been responsive and everyone is very friendly. It is a wonderful place to live!

I've really enjoyed living in Altoview. While we've had a few maintenance issues, management has been very responsive and every issue has been resolved within 48 hours, usually 24.

Great leasing office, beautiful views and amenities. Trash pick up provided.
