Review
This is on campus housing for UT. It's a little more expensive than comparative apartments nearby (the Knox, the standard, etc.) and definitely more than apartments farther away and with less amenities.
But, it does have basically everything included. Maintenance works quickly. It has an attached parking garage ($200 a semester extra and can be filled if coming back late at night).
I personally think it's worth the added cost, especially since you'd be working the university not a leasing office. And it's on campus. 20-30 min walk max to basically everything, including downtown.
It's got average storage space and a nice kitchen. Individual rooms.
