A good option, a cheap option, not the best option
The Element at Cedar Bluff is by no means an extraordinary apartment complex but for my purposes it works. I was looking for a place that was less than $950 including utilities, was within a 15 minute commute to campus, and was relatively quiet. Which is exactly what I found at the Element at Cedar Bluff. You can certainly do better in Knoxville, but for the amount of time I actually spend at home it works for me.
