Winooski River "High rise"
I love our apartment! Personally, I prioritize a modern look and amenities such as air conditioning for those hot, humid summer days. We are on the 5th floor with a balcony and view of the river. I love living in Winooski particularly because of the easy access to walking trails, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk and it takes you right to UVM campus. The only issue I can think of is the F-35s that fly over at least once a day - they are loud!
