Can't Complain!
Redstone yields a lot of power in town, so you represent one of many, many tenants. However, the apartment and amenities have been good so far.

Overpriced; pretty views; convenient to UVM
Redstone isn't the greatest or most cooperative landlord, but the building is decently if not perfectly maintained. When I lived there, there was a long-running problem with the alarm system that had residents regularly evacuating the building in the middle of the night in the middle of winter. It took months to resolve, but I think it finally was resolved.
Convenient walk to UVM as long as you're ok with hills. Beware the poor maintenance of the sidewalk on the hill in icy weather. Get Yaktrax.
