Responsive landlord
The management company is incredibly responsive. They fix any emergency within a few hours (ranging from no hot water, no heat, no working wash machine, broken garbage disposal), and respond to emails during the work-day within the hour.
However, they are very poor at communicating. The main person we correspond with does not know how to use the "reply all" button, meaning that one of the housemates is always out of the loop. We get no heads-up for when maintenance people are coming--I have come home to an open door and a man in my house when I had no idea anyone was supposed to fix anything; I have also been woken up at 8:30 on a Saturday for a non-emergency repair. We have asked them for 24 hours notice, but they refuse to put it in the lease and have not done well at making that change in practice.
Otherwise, the apartments are quite nice. Carpets are old, but the furniture is well taken care of. The apartment includes garbage disposal, dishwasher, coin-operated washer/dryer, thermostat, air conditioner, and GREAT windows.

Great 2 bedroom, pets allowed
The apartment is spacious with large closets and pretty big bedrooms. Pets are allowed. One parking space is included, but unfortunately there aren't additional spots available for purchase.
Fairly quiet neighborhood, but walls are thin so it can get a bit noisy.
Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher and trash compactor.
Management is extremely responsive to requests and very friendly.
