Solid choice for an MBA student
Pros: Brand new building and great location between 133 Hill and The Bus. 12 min walk to Ross and 12-15 min walk to downtown AA. Management (Bob) is quick to respond and works to accommodate requests. Very modern styling and sufficient kitchen/food storage for everyone (2 fridges, very large pantry, plenty of cabinets). Dishwasher.
Cons: The two rooms in the basement get practically zero natural light and no hallway storage closet (the other floors share a hallway closet). You will hear every sound in the house, and if you're in the basement, every thump of someone walking above you. (Bob is currently looking at some solutions to decrease this).
Overall, a very nice place with great management. Solid value if you are ok with the mentioned cons.

Good new 6-BR property near campus and downtown
Apartment is brand-new and has overall been great. First floor has a wide-open living room and kitchen common area, great for hanging out and hosting people. Basement, 2nd and 3rd floor each have 2 BR and a full bathroom. Only complaint about this unit, and it's not minor, is that noise carries throughout the entire apartment due to its open design. The landlord has been very responsive and is working to minimize the sound travel issue.
