602 Monroe
Two minute walk to the law school and spacious apartment. Maintenance arrives within an hour if there is an issue (I've had a clogged drain in the bathroom and power outage in the kitchen). Living in a small apartment building has a nice, homey feel and I've never had trouble with hearing other residents even though I go to bed at 10pm. Laundry is in the basement. Only issue--even if I don't touch the thermostat, temperature can vary widely from comfortably chilly to HOT. When this happens, I just open the windows. The whole house is on the same old boiler and I think it has trouble regulating all the rooms sometimes.
