Small, need more windows

Safe and convenient
Great location. Staff is very responsive. Walking distance to class, grocery store, bars. Overpriced for the small size. Each unit of 2 residents only gets one parking pass. The fitness center is convenient and better than paying for a gym membership elsewhere but is rather pitiful. You are definitely paying for the location, not luxury.
