The landlords for this property are truly amazing. They live just down the street and are at the property nearly every day. They are personable, helpful, and truly care about taking care of the property and their tenants. While the apartment itself is definitely a bit dated, the charm of the building, the high ceilings, and the overall wonderful experience with the landlords make up for it.

Excellent place, landlord, all around
I live in a 1 BR 1 BA on 10th and Spruce, I’m an apartment building that is essentially a converted townhouse, like most places in that area. With that does come some stipulations: the unit is not the newest in Philly of course, so some finnicky outlet and central air issues have happened. However, nothing but positives: the apartment is airy, just the right size for one person with a reasonable cost, and full of natural light, neighbors are nice and respectful, and our landlords Jeff and Rich are fantastic. They manage several other properties in the city so if you end up meeting with them in your apartment search, I highly recommend looking at their properties.
