Would recommend
The building itself is three floors with one apartment on each floor. My apartment is very spacious for two people, has lots of natural light, and comes with air conditioning units.
The management is very good: I contacted them regarding a noise complaint, leaking pipe, and broken window and they resolved all issues very quickly. I feel that in general they are very responsive and easy to work with. Another huge pro is you don't pay a deposit upon moving in. Instead, how they ensure that you keep the apartment in good condition is they do inspections about twice a year. I've had one so far: they tell you beforehand when they're stopping by, and when they arrive they just quickly give the place a glance to make sure there are no huge messes. They decided to skip the second inspection my first year here because they didn't see any problems the first time. While it's not great having them come every so often, it's nice to not have to worry about a deposit.
The neighborhood is also a plus. This is located in Shadyside, about a ten minute walk to both Walnut and South Highland where all the restaurants/bars are. It's also super easy to get to Pitt as the 71B and 71D stop is a two minute walk away.
