Mostly quiet, great for walking to school
The building demographic is a mixed bag of some students and elderly folk. It is mostly a very quiet building, with helpful attendants for mail and parking. Parking is quite expensive.

Dithridge Condos are great!
The great thing about renting in a condo building is that each unit looks completely different from the next. The apartments are VERY spacious and have a nice amount of light. As the building is old, there are semi-frequent issues with drains but things generally work if your landlord is on top of everything.
The best part about this building is the valet guys. There are a few guys who work in the building-- and have for years-- they valet park the cars in the garages (because all of the cars are triple parked) and they know everyone in the building. They are all super sweet and really help take care of tenants when they can.
