Highly recommend
I Also lived in Pittsburgh during undergrad and my gap year, and John Costello is by far the best landlord I’ve rented from. Payments and maintenance requests are made on an online portal. I’ve had very few maintenance issues while here, but when I have put in requests the maintenance crew usually comes within 24h. Super pet friendly - 2 pets max, but no size or breed restrictions and no pet fees. My building has off street parking in the back, 1 car per 1 bedroom apartment.

Great maintenance company
Costello Management is pet-friendly and overall a great leasing company- apartments are well-updated, rent is fair, and they are very responsive to maintenance requests. It was important to me as a student to have a responsive and fair landlord and I will certainly rent from them again.
