You get what you pay for

The building is old and the apartment's appliances haven't been updated in a while. It takes a day or two for repairs to get done. Because it's a big management company, if you call their number you end up on hold and then talking to an answering service as opposed to someone based in their Richmond office who can give you more specific answers. The answering service will tell you that someone from the Richmond office will call you back in 15 minutes but I find that they rarely do and I have to follow up a few more times.

Great location, some inconveniences

This apartment is located within walking distance of the shops on Cary St. and a short drive away from Scott's Addition which covers 99% of the locations that Richmond Law organizations use for events and hang-outs. It's a great spot, centrally located, and about a 15-20 minute commute to school.
The apartment itself is spacious for two people and has on-site parking available for a $50 monthly fee. Overall, my experience here has been good. The downsides are ones that typically come with apartment living--neighbors being loud at odd hours, laundry in the basement, drafty windows.
This location is also very close to the bus line that takes you into campus for those who are looking for public transportation options.

Great location, price & size

I've lived here since 2015 and my rent has only increased $15/year. The property management company isn't great but you can pay rent online and the size of the apartment is great for the price.
