Parcside Townhomes
Parcside is a great property and is reasonably priced. It is less than 15 minutes from the Bush School. The pet fee is reasonable, I have a guinea pig and a dog and only pay extra for the dog, around $50 extra per month. We are right next to a park, if you like to jog, walk, or spend time outdoors, this is a great place. My brother lives with me and is not an A&M student and enjoys this townhome as much as I do, I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Lots of space, some management issues
My favorite thing about Parcside is that you get a lot of bang for your buck in terms of space (~1300 square feet). It's also super close to lots of parks for walking our dog, and it feels separate from the A&M campus. We have run into some issues with management in terms of communication and responsiveness to issues, however. Neighborhood feels very safe, with lots of grad students and families around.
