It's adequate
The management isn't the best and the utility company they work with tends to overcharge, but it's still far cheaper than most of the apartment complexes in college station and the location is fantastic. I live with two others and we each pay $430, which is basically unheard of at this point.

Be Wary
On arrival it seemed well. They were able to accommodate me on short notice. Then I was plagued by having to move 2 times, having to have all new appliances installed. And my utilities bill is still over 100$ per person.
The management tries their best but they are restricted by their owners.

Overall review
Really good value for money. Lots of space and property managers are really responsive. Free uncovered parking and both volleyball and basketball court. Free printing as well. Only a 7 min drive to campus

Bbq grill and hot tub broken
Gym is very small
Very loud at night sometimes depending on neighbors.

Good value, close to campus and essentials.
The Zone is fully furnished, with a gym, pool, sand volleyball, and has a free printer and study areas. It is close to The Bush School, HEB, and the post office. It is an older complex, but maintenance is timely and the property managers are responsive.

Good for Students
I thought this housing situation is fantastic for students. I plan on living here next year if I can, because it's close to school and extremely affordable.
