Great apartment, terrible neighborhood
The Greys went through a management change a couple of years back that has vastly improved the service at this apartment. Management is friendly and professional. Units are new, so they're nice and clean and let in lots of sunlight. Rent price is very reasonable for the city and you get a decent amount of space. The only downfall -- and it's not even the apartment building's fault -- is the location. There's nothing worthwhile within walking distance, and even if there was, it's dangerous to walk anywhere. The apartment units themselves are very secure and safe, but step outside and you're in a completely different world. Even the grocery store on the ground floor of the apartment had to pack up and move out. I really hope the area cleans up!
