Quiet neighborhood, not a great staff
Right next to a bar & grill which is awesome. Old-folks homes on both sides, which is nice if you enjoy the quiet (although occasionally the bar & grill does concerts).
We lived here before Greystar took over and it seems since then the office management has been much less helpful. However, the property is beautiful and EXTREMELY safe.
