I really like Camden, super quiet and has nice amenities. Great area for dogs to have space to run around. 15 minute walk to campus.

Pretty great for the price!

Walking time to campus is ~15 minutes. I cannot hear my neighbors at all. Spacious apartments, plenty of parking. I really enjoy living here!

Stress free option for married couple

We moved in here blindly because of the COVID pandemic, and it's been better than we expected. We picked Camden Copper Square based off reviews and recommendations from friends and law students. (Also, Camden has a referral program, so cash in on that if you have friends who live in any Camden property!)

My spouse and I were willing to pay a little more so that we didn't have the stress we each faced in our younger days with landlord issues and weird tenant problems. That's not what I wanted to deal with while starting law school, and so far we've found it very stress free to be here.

This apartment meets our needs since it's within walking distance for me to get to class easily. We're a 1-car household, and it was worth it to us to pay a little bit more in rent to keep our transit costs significantly lower.

The area is accessible to the highways, and we usually drive to the nearby Fry's or Trader Joe's for our grocery runs. Downtown is really walkable. We enjoy the easy access of short drives to local hiking options too.

There are nice amenities like a gym and two pools. They have a valet trash pick-up which saves the hassle of lugging your trash bag down to the dumpster. When we've had maintenance work done, they were very friendly and helpful.

We have a third (top) floor apartment because we read reviews that you could hear your neighbors walking around upstairs. While we avoided any potential upstairs neighbor nuisances, I'll say that we hardly hear anything from the one apartment that we share a wall with. It took us a couple weeks to even hear their dog barking.

I also like that our unit is towards the back corner of the property, so we don't have much traffic from other residents or main roads to deal with either. Your mileage may vary depending on location within the complex.

Exactly What I Needed

I have a very spacious one bedroom with a washer/dryer in-unit that is perfect for my dog and I! The complex itself is pretty nice- there are 12 buildings total, 2 pools, a gym, business center (with free printing!), and a small dog park. The entire complex is gated and has its own covered parking garage. Everyone I've met here has been super friendly and management is great - they're very responsive and helpful, and go out of their way to make the complex really feel like a community!
