Not great

This is not the place it was 6 years ago. The building was purchased by new owners in 2022 and instead of dealing with the chronic issues affecting this building, they did what all cheap new owners did, a superficial paint job in the public areas. They also reduced garbage pick ups to once a week resulting in overflowing and smelly garbage areas, minimized common area cleanings so that the hallways are now dirty, and stopped parking area surveillance which increased car break-ins. There has not been a full-time property manager since June (5 months) and manager emails are not answered. The new ownership did manage however to increase rents nearly 10% a year and to extort unnecessary new fees from us tenants. As a result I'm moving out at the end of my lease. Renters beware!
