Beautiful facility
The building is very beautiful, mature crowd, pretty calm and quiet atmosphere but it does have some cons, almost everyone has pets which is fine but you may find droppings in the elevator and hallways. Parking spots can be tight if you don’t have reserved parking, Another con obviously is the cost of rent. It’s very convenient in distance to school and downtown but you can find something cheaper with bigger square footage if cost is a major factor for you.
