The Degree

Nice place, not the safest area.

It is really convenient for those who attend UNLV. They have all the amenities that you paid for in one price. The sad thing about is that they give you the worst roommates ever. Other than that, it should be fine.

Nearby and can walk to school and everything grocery and restaurant is nearby

Smoke Alarm is too sensitive to cooking because the range hood is too weak. Maintenance can take a few days. Parking is a bit expensive, so I'm not putting it my rent. Sometimes the AC is too cold. Lastly, the walls are a bit thin, so it's easy to hear your roommates or outdoors. Otherwise, it's a great place to live.

The Degree is a great option, especially for students that are new to Las Vegas. It is practically on campus, but the area around the apartment is not the most safe. The amenities of the building are great! There's a nice pool, courtyard, workout area, and common space. Really hard to beat the convenience and overall location.

Always smell of smoke. Not too clean

Really love my space and they paired me with a great roommate as well. The entire complex feels very secure and any maintenance issues were addressed very promptly. Love living here! Only issue is no pets and the walls seem thin (so sometimes there can be a noise issue). Otherwise, I have really enjoyed my experience.

I've really enjoyed it. There is a lot of common space and it is fairly quiet. Nice location- close to campus. I love the amenities. The only problem is the cost- as a student, I feel it is a bit pricey for the size of the room.

I love that I’m within walking district to the law school and that my roommates are fellow law students. Downside: the walls are REALLY thin and you can hear everything your roommates do. If you want to live in an apartment that resembles an undergrad dorm this is the place for you.
