Good choice for international students
I honestly like living in The Degree dormitory! As someone who hasn't been to the US before and doesn't have a car yet, I wanted to live somewhere close to the campus, a property with safety measures being applied, a place where all the parcels are being delivered so I don't have to worry about creepy delivery guys. There are also other amenities that make my life easier - swimming pool, gym. I wish the shower was done differently, and the swimming pool was a bit bigger, but grateful for everything I have!! Oh, and the view I have is fantastic - Las Vegas Strip. Amazing!!

Decent but Could Be Better
The Degree has a good location right by campus, which is the main highlight. Rooms are okay and the amenities are decent, but nothing too special for the price. Maintenance can take a while sometimes, and the noise level can get pretty annoying. Rent feels a little high for what you actually get. Overall, it’s an average place convenient, but definitely with room for improvement.

Apartment review
I lived in a shared bedroom here, and honestly the cost is way too high for what you get. The location is fine and the management team is kind, but they are also really slow to respond when you need something. For the price, I expected better service and quicker follow-ups.

Average - Lots of Facilities and Amenities, Issues with Cleaning and Maintenance
The apartment, overall, is solid. The floorplans are decent, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Have not had any issues with utilities, and the daily trash pick-up is nice. The apartment offers many amenities including a study spaces and a lounge, pool, and gym, but I have not really used them. My biggest complaints are, come move-in, the apartment did not appear to be cleaned at all, and I have had several issues filing maintenance requests (for minor issues) that appeared to be ignored.

Nice Place
It is really convenient for those who attend UNLV. They have all the amenities that you paid for in one price. The sad thing about is that they give you the worst roommates ever. Other than that, it should be fine.
