Student housing, good price, semi-competent staff
Have had the water heater go out twice. The first time the water heater went out, the repair was done incorrectly and lead to a Natural Gas leak. I had to argue with the front desk to get someone out to repair the leak that day.
The heating element on the AC unit failed in February.
The fridge leaks and the dishwasher drainage line has backed up.
Maintenance usually arrives the same day-sometimes they take longer.
The apartments are generally clean. Sometimes undergrads have 2 am ragers. Great for undergrads, not-so-great for grad students trying to get their one night a week of full sleep.
Biking distance from school. Possibility of random roommates if you move in on your own. My roommates random or otherwise have all been great.
Large packages run through the front office, Front office staff told me that "they would tell me when I could pick up my packages." That package was a textbook I needed for class.
