Decent place to live for the price
Northside neighbor is a very loud and active place to live. I continuously submit noise complaints here from other residents and the neighborhood itself. It is not the safest place to live. It’s incredibly close to campus and the building itself is renovated and maintained. The cost of living here is not that high compared to other apartments. Management is not very easy to work with but if you contact them a lot they will cooperate eventually.

Gantry is a great place to live
Management generally has been really responsive and avaliable to help. The units are big and appliances are up to date. Parking is included and in a lot right next to the building.

Good
Leasing office is kind of hit or miss and there are no amenities but for the price it’s not bad.

Gantry living
Living at Gantry has been great! The commute to the school is what sold me on this property. Management is very responsive. The neighborhood is not the safest at times, and the building itself can get dirty with the residences moving around at times.

Great place to live!
The location of Gantry apartments is extremely convenient. Driving 8 minutes to class without crossing a highway is ideal. The space of the units in this complex are also great. The price I say is very reasonable for what you are getting, the building, amenities and finishes are all updated and new or newer. Safety here is not the best, there are still some areas of this neighborhood I would not be venturing out to.
