A great place!
It feels like a resort at times. While it is quite expensive, the experience has been great. I have access to the amenities at all times. There is a sand volleyball court right next to the pool. A dog park just opened up too! San Villante just opened up Summer 2020. One drawback is that the front doors close shut with loud noise if not taking the extra seconds to guide it close.

Pricy but good
Generally a good apartment but fairly pricy. Would recommend shopping around at other complexes first
