Ox-Op Review

I like it. The building is not totally finished, and the gym is pretty small, though.

Good for students

Close to UMN, 10 minute walk. Lots of students live here. Study areas with free wifi.

OxOp Studio

My experience has been great! I’m a dog owner, so the location is amazing as there’s a vet across the intersection and Gold Medal Park is only a couple blocks away as well. There’s also a dog run on the roof of the building to let my dog use the bathroom which is extra helpful on a late night or when it’s snowing a lot. One thing to keep in mind: If you don’t have a car, the closest target/bug grocer is about a 30 minute walk. There is a trader joe’s about 5 minutes from the building, but there’s a smaller selection there and it’s a little pricier.
