Great location

I go to NYU campus by Citibike and it takes 10 min. Close to 28th station. There is a Trader Joe's, Target, CVS, Duane Reade in just 3-5 min walking distance. Many restaurants in the neighborhood and quiet and safe area. But the rent is expensive.
