Best place I have rented
On site management is quick to resolve issues. Maintenance is also quick to resolve issues. I love the location and my apartment is wonderful. It has hard wood floor with no carpeting. The kitchen is very functional. I have a built-in microwave oven and a dishwasher.It is located close to restaurants and grocery store. Not too far from my work.

Relatively cheap for pet owners but not the best
Pros - no rugs in the apartments, spacious rooms, private outdoor area.
Cons - trash everywhere, area prone to flooding, apartment is pretty shoddily done and would look trashy if it hadn’t been recently redone because of flooding.
