Good amount of space for one person. Has in-unit washer and dryer, bathtub, keyless entry. Smells a little and is usually either too hot or too cold bc the A/C unit doesn't keep up very well. It's a close walk to Aggieville which is nice but since it's a busy area, the cars can be a little loud when they rev their engines.

Location and available parking are good. They allow pets and pay for water. Price of rent is a bit high in my opinion due to the size of the apartment being very small.
