Beautiful unit

We live on the third floor, so we have a beautiful view. The apartment is very close to campus ( 5-minute walk ) to Staley School of Leadership.

A decent spot right with great walking distance!

The space is nice and meets our needs overall, and it’s a close walk to campus and Aggieville which is great. The complex is generally quiet (we rarely hear neighbors unless they’re walking in the hall) with the exception of construction going on across the street or the occasional party nearby. The living room is spacious and that plus the bedroom has been great for two people.

The landlords have been helpful albeit slightly delayed in getting our maintenance requests fixed. We went about a week with a broken shower before it was improperly fixed, and we had to call again. The kitchen is small, with no dishwasher, and the burners aren’t in the best working condition. We have a laundry unit in the complex which costs about $3 per full load (you often have to do the dry cycle twice).

While the score rates higher due to accessibility and generally meeting our needs, there are negatives such as lack of amenities and utilities to be aware of and consider.

Quality Apartment Close to Campus

Lee Construction provides decent apartments and a friendly and dedicated management team. While maintenance has not been perfect lately, I believe this is due to complications related to the current pandemic. That being said, I have typically received quick communication and follow-ups. I also know that the property managers do care about their residents and will work with you if you have established yourself as a responsible renter. For example, I wanted to add a person to my lease halfway through it, and they worked with me to get it all taken care of and rewrote a 6 month lease with both our names. It's not the fanciest place, but it's nice and conveniently close to my work and a lot of stuff in the 'Ville.
