It's decent, I guess. About a 20-minute drive to campus (w/o traffic). The parking lot is annoying and people drive way too fast going the wrong way; it's supposed to be a one-way drive. Management sends relentless texts and emails about random crap almost every day. The water heaters break often. Coin laundry is $1.50 each wash or dry, and the washers are TINY so this cost adds up. The only utility they cover is water, and you'll have to set up the electric and internet on your own.
I feel like the area is relatively safe; not a lot of outside foot traffic. It's next to a playground and tennis court, and the neighborhood behind it is nice to go for a walk. I like the layout of the apartment, the living area is very roomy.
