Bristol Place Review
Bristol Place is a great apartment complex. It's about 15-20 minutes from campus depending on traffic, but the drive is easy. The location is surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do, and is very close to the Costco. The complex itself is quiet and well maintained. They offer valet trash service, which is convenient, and the property is gated on both side with a security company that patrols at night. The only negative is that the front office can be difficult to reach by phone.

Not the worst place to live
The apartment complex is clean, quiet and relatively well kept. They allow pets and are a smoke free property. However, Siegen is basically a highway so traffic is always terrible getting in and out, but target and other shops are a short distance away. The biggest downside has been maintenance. Normally they are good about fixing little things within a couple of days but on a couple of occasions it has taken months to get things repaired, or they claimed they came and fixed something when they hadn’t.

Great Place. The only downside is that it is far from LSU's campus.
