I like it

Mostly younger (18/19/20) residents, good place otherwise.

Good property--not great experience

The apartment itself is pretty good. Very spacious. Management is quick to point fingers when there is a problem and often blame residents. I will be moving out after this lease because they are forcing all units to upgrade to the furnished package. Despite the fact that I have lived in an unfirnished apartment in the complex for years. They are more focused on gaining new residents than keeping old ones.

Elevate

I havent been super impressed with elevate thus far. They just sold it to a new group, so it could change though. It isnt very clean and there are lots of undergrads here
